Nú er loksins á Íslandi hægt að fá mælitæki og annað frá Rover Laboratories S.p.A. á Ítalíu. Þeir hafa framleitt rafeindabúnað síðan 1972 í þorpi sem heitir Rivoltella del Garda, í Colombare di Sirmione við Garda vatnið (frægur ferðamannastaður). Núna starfa þeir í 2500 fermetra nútíma verksmiðju 120 Km frá Mílanó. Fyrirtækið skiptist í tvær deildir, mælitækjadeild sem framleiðir loftnetsmæla, gervihnattamæla og fleira. Hinsvegar er það gervihnattadeildin sem framleiðir móttökubúnað fyrir sjónvarpsstöðvar og kapalkerfi.
